Agreement and who we are
These Terms govern your use of the Reineira website, documentation, and software (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them. The Services are provided by Reineira Labs Limited, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO), Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Reineira Labs," "we," "us").
Sandbox and pre-release status
Reineira is experimental, pre-release software running in a sandbox. It is not a live financial product.
- Sandbox figures carry no monetary value, and no production capital is at risk.
- The Services may change, reset, or be discontinued at any time, and data may be lost.
- Behavior in the sandbox does not guarantee identical behavior in any later release.
- Do not commit production capital or make live financial decisions on the basis of the Services.
What we do and do not provide
Reineira is software and infrastructure for operator-defined task warranties, outcome records, and capital coordination. We provide the software; we do not touch your money.
Reineira Labs does not provide or arrange production capital or insurance, custody or control funds, or act as your counterparty. We are not a bank, money services business, custodian, broker, exchange, lender, insurer, or investment adviser, and are not registered or licensed as such. Warranty and payout terms are configured by the operator; they are not an insurance product we sell. Nothing here is financial, investment, insurance, legal, or tax advice.
Operators and risk partners
Any production capital, insurance, or other risk transfer must be provided under separate terms by the operator or an appropriately authorised partner. Operators and risk partners are responsible for their own agreements, licensing, and compliance with the terms that apply to them. Those separate terms govern the relationship between them and their users, not us.
Your account
We do not hold, move, or control your funds. You are responsible for your account and credentials and for everything done through them. Keep them secure and tell us promptly if you believe they have been used without your authorisation.
Permitted use
You may use the Services for lawful evaluation, development, and testing consistent with these Terms and any applicable license terms. You may read and run any software we publish openly, subject to its license.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Services to break the law or to:
- facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or other financial crime;
- attack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services beyond what the applicable license permits;
- circumvent security or eligibility controls; or
- infringe the rights of others or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Intellectual property
The Reineira name, brand, and site content are owned by Reineira Labs or its licensors. Open-source components are provided under their own license terms, which govern your rights to use, modify, and distribute them. Nothing here grants you rights to our trademarks beyond fair, descriptive reference.
Third-party services
The Services link to and rely on third parties, including documentation, the console, scheduling, analytics, and hosting. We do not control those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
The Services are offered on an experimental basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We may add, change, or remove features as the project develops.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You accept the risks of experimental, pre-release software, including defects, downtime, data loss, and reliance on third-party infrastructure we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reineira Labs and its personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Reineira Labs in RAK DAO, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We may update them as the project develops; when changes are material we will update the date above. Questions: engineering@reineira.xyz.
