Agreement and who we are
These Terms govern your use of the ReineiraOS website, documentation, and software (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them. The Services are provided by Reineira Labs Limited, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO), Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Reineira Labs," "we," "us").
Testnet and pre-audit status
ReineiraOS is experimental, pre-audit software running on a public test network. It is not a live financial product.
- Test assets carry no real monetary value, and there is no mainnet deployment.
- The Services may change, reset, or be discontinued at any time, and data may be lost.
- Behavior on testnet does not guarantee identical behavior on any future mainnet.
- Do not send real assets to any address associated with the Services. They may be permanently lost.
What we do and do not provide
ReineiraOS is software and infrastructure for task-level capital and operator-defined recourse. We provide the software; we do not touch your money.
Reineira Labs does not provide or arrange production capital or insurance, custody or control funds, or act as your counterparty. We are not a bank, money services business, custodian, broker, exchange, lender, insurer, or investment adviser, and are not registered or licensed as such. Recourse is a capability you configure into your terms, not an insurance product we sell. Nothing here is financial, investment, insurance, legal, or tax advice.
Operators and capital providers
Any production capital, insurance, or other risk transfer must be provided under separate terms by the operator or an appropriately authorised partner. Operators and capital providers are responsible for their own agreements, licensing, and compliance with the operator and capital-provider terms that apply to them. Those separate terms govern the relationship between them and their users, not us.
Your keys, your funds
The Services are non-custodial. You alone control your keys and accounts and authorize every transaction. We cannot access, move, freeze, or recover your accounts or credentials. Safeguarding them is your responsibility.
Permitted use
You may use the Services for lawful evaluation, development, and testing consistent with these Terms and any applicable license terms. You may read and run the open settlement software subject to its license.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Services to break the law or to:
- facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or other financial crime;
- attack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services beyond what the applicable license permits;
- circumvent security or eligibility controls; or
- infringe the rights of others or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Intellectual property
The ReineiraOS name, brand, and site content are owned by Reineira Labs or its licensors. Open-source components are provided under their own license terms, which govern your rights to use, modify, and distribute them. Nothing here grants you rights to our trademarks beyond fair, descriptive reference.
Third-party services
The Services link to and rely on third parties, including documentation, the console, scheduling, analytics, and public blockchain networks. We do not control those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
The Services are offered on an experimental basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We may add, change, or remove features as the project develops.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You accept the risks of experimental blockchain software, including smart-contract bugs, the emerging nature of encryption technology, network instability, and reliance on third-party infrastructure we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reineira Labs and its personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of assets or data, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Reineira Labs in RAK DAO, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We may update them as the project develops; when changes are material we will update the date above. Questions: engineering@reineira.xyz.
