Overview
This policy explains how Reineira Labs Limited handles information when you use the ReineiraOS website at reineira.xyz and related pages (the "Services"). Two principles guide us: we collect the minimum a function needs, and ReineiraOS is experimental testnet software, so nothing here involves real-value funds.
Who controls your data
The Services are developed and controlled by Reineira Labs Limited, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO), Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Where this policy refers to "we" or "us," it means Reineira Labs Limited.
Information we collect and how
We collect only what a specific function requires:
- Contact and updates: if you email us or ask for updates, your email address and any message you send, provided directly by you.
- Demo scheduling: if you book a call, your name, email, and scheduling details, collected through our scheduling provider when you choose to book.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) recorded automatically for security, and cookieless, aggregate analytics with no individual tracking.
What we do not collect
- Tracking cookies, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking.
- Identity documents. We perform no KYC in this testnet phase.
- Bank or card details, government identifiers, or biometrics.
- Your private keys. We never hold, escrow, or recover them.
Purposes and lawful basis
We use the limited data we hold to operate and secure the Services, respond to you, send updates you have asked for, and meet legal obligations that apply to us. Depending on where you are, our lawful bases are your consent (for updates you opt into), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Services), and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not profile you or make automated decisions with legal effect about you.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and aggregate: they help us understand overall traffic without identifying you or following you across sites.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process limited data on our behalf, each under its own terms:
- Scheduling: Cal.com, when you book a call, to handle your booking details.
- Analytics: a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics provider that measures aggregate usage.
- Fonts and delivery: Google Fonts serves the site typefaces, and our hosting and content-delivery providers serve the site; these receive your IP address as a technical necessity of loading the page.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer and on protections required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Server logs are kept briefly for security, and contact details are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. On-chain data such as addresses, transaction hashes, and timestamps is public by nature and outside our control.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest and a deliberately small data footprint. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the information we hold safe.
Your rights
We honor these rights for every user, wherever you are: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Data already written to a public blockchain cannot be deleted by us. To exercise a right, or to unsubscribe, contact us using the details below. We respond within a reasonable time, consistent with applicable law.
Children
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the project develops. When changes are material, we will update the date at the top of this page.
